Quality Analyst

We are hiring a Quality Analyst to join our team in Mohali district on a full-time, on-site basis. You will design test plans, write and run automated test scripts, report defects, and work with developers to make sure every release meets the standards our clients expect.

Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in testing web applications and mobile applications.
- Ability to write test plans and test cases and execute them efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas and issues clearly and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools like Jira.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test coverage.
- Perform regression, integration, and smoke testing before each release cycle.
- Write clear, reproducible bug reports with steps, expected results, and actual results.
- Contribute to building and maintaining automated test suites to reduce manual testing effort over time.
- Validate fixes and verify that resolved issues do not introduce new regressions.
